It is our mission to make you happy...
It doesn't matter who you are, you are bound to find something you love on our menu.
Almost all of our ingredients are organic and are locally sourced, when possible. We do not use any artificial coloring, flavoring or any other weirdness (i.e., egg replacer). Nor do we believe in forcing food into submission (while we agree they're super cute, cake pops aren't on the menu*). But we can still have fun! Should your order require sprinkles or rainbow frosting, we can do that. It just won't glow in the dark. As we use only vegetable-based products, our color palette may be a little more subtle than what you might be used to. Rest assured, it will still be cute.
We are also proud to offer a limited menu of raw-food items. These treats are fruit and nut based (in addition to being vegan, they are also free of refined sugar or grains) and therefore these are inherently gluten-free. We encourage you to try them-you will be amazed at how rich and decadent they are.
I know, I know, some of you (like my mom before she was converted) are reading this and thinking "No way. How can something without butter or eggs possibly taste good?". To you I say just try it. A whole new magical food world will open up for you. One of our cookies can go head to head to with a conventional cookie any day.
It is our mission to bring the Lansing area tasty treats that are as wholesome, healthy and mindful as they are delicious. We promise: your leery friends won't know you are serving them anything vegan. ;) And with food allergies becoming the norm these days, you can relax and safely serve cake at your child's birthday without having to put EpiPens in the pinata.
We want you to be happy. If you have a hankering for something that you don't see on the menu, contact us and we will see what we can whip up. We are constantly experimenting and we pride ourselves on producing what we believe are the best sweet treats out there, vegan or otherwise.
We stand by everything we make. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. (We are pretty darn sure you'll be happy though). Thanks so much for supporting us, we appreciate it.
Rose
*There is nothing wrong with cake pops. They are great. We just don't have a desire to go through all that hassle and structural wizardry. There are plenty of great local businesses out there that do them well:
